Landlord Services
Pardon our dust; is under construction!

The goal of the Centre-Line landlord representation team is to grow your net operating income (NOI). Our commercial real estate brokers work to maximize the value of your investment while maintaining stability. In a tenant-driven market where every landlord is competing for the same deal, our ability to target and locate the right tenant and close the deal is a significant differentiator. As a leading South Florida retail real estate brokerage firm, we understand that tenant performance directly affects the value of your property; therefore, we focus on sourcing a new tenant that complements and enhances the synergy of the entire property.

Centre-Line’s retail real estate brokers have access to our extensive, proprietary database with thousands of broker and tenant contacts, as well as national databases of tenant prospects. Our marketing specialists also create high-grade, high-impact marketing materials for direct mailing, email marketing, and web-based promotion on sites such as LoopNet and CoStar. In addition to these systematic, mass-marketing approaches, we send personal emails and reach out by phone to select prospects. We never let a lead slip through the cracks. We proactively engage potential tenants from first contact until the deal is closed.
