It’s official! Publix will open a new store on US-441 at The Greens in West Boca, equidistant between their Glades Rd and Clint Moore locations. Publix Supermarkets signed the lease for 33,679 SF, where the grocer will take former Edwin Watts Golf, Harmon Face Values, and Denny’s Apparel spaces, plus an adjacent 8,100 SF space which has been vacant for over 5 years.

The Greens recently underwent several renovations including new façade, storefront signage, pylon signage, and a new drive aisle with improved access. West Boca residents are in for a treat!
