The Shoppes of Highland development will have 300,000 square feet of retail in the first phase, and another 100,000 square feet in the second phase. The developer wants to amend its zoning to allow a movie theater with a full bar within the retail center. The theater would be 40,000 square feet.
Tenants who have already signed on at Shoppes of Highland include TJ Maxx in 21,000 square feet, HomeGoods in 20,500 square feet, Publix in 48,866 square feet, Burlington in 45,000 square feet, Old Navy in 12,500 square feet, Ulta Beauty in 10,000 square feet, Five Below in 8,204 square feet, and Famous Footwear in 7,000 square feet.
