Marshalls, Miami Beach

In January 2017, Marshalls opened a multi-level store in Miami Beach. Located at the intersection of Lincoln Lane & Meridian Ave, the iconic retail building, which features a cantilevered modern facade, was designed by award-winning architecture firm Shulman + Associates. A food hall is planned for the ground floor, set to open Summer 2018. Centre-Line represented Marshalls in this deal.

Aloft Hotel Outparcels, Miami/Doral

Hotel Outparcels Retail Leasing Hotel Outparcels Retail Leasing The Aloft Hotel Miami Airport redevelopment, located on NW 36 Street by the eastern edge of Doral, features two outparcels with Starbucks/Chipotle and Pollo Tropical. Centre-Line handled the retail leasing for this property.

Panda Express's New Look The location on Hollywood Blvd showcases the restaurant’s new look: a fresh, modern design inside and out.

TJ Maxx, Doral Commons

TJ Maxx, Doral Doral is the 3rd fastest growing city in America. So of course they need a TJ Maxx, as it’s full of fashion-forward young professionals. Centre-Line represented TJ Maxx in the leasing of 23,500 sf at Doral Commons on NW 74th Street & NW 107th Avenue. It is one of the top performing stores in the county.

Harbor Freight Tools, NW 27 Ave

Harbor Freight, NW 27 Ave, Miami The owners of this property operated a local hardware store for over two decades. When the owners wanted to retire, Centre-Line brought in Harbor Freight Tools to take over the space.

University Centre, Coral Gables

University Centre Despite its prime location on South Dixie Hwy across from University of Miami, this shopping center used to be nearly 50% vacant. Centre-Line attained the property listing and remedied the undervalued center by bringing in credit tenants that cater to this specialty market. Since Centre-Line took charge of the leasing, University Centre has maintained greater than 90% occupancy. It is now 100% leased and has an insanely large number of daily visitors.

Chase Bank, Coral Gables

Chase Bank, South Dixie Hwy This property on South Dixie Hwy contained the first—and last—Spec’s Music. Founded in 1948, Spec’s operated 42 stores at its peak. As technology reduced consumers’ need for CDs, the company took a hit. The last remaining Spec’s, located at this site, shut its doors in 2013. Centre-Line worked with the owners of the property, the Spector family, to promptly execute a ground lease with Chase Bank.

Freestanding Restaurant, Davie

Centre-Line leased this 2,000 sf freestanding building to Los Paisanos To Go. A bodega and café, Los Paisanos quickly became one of Davie’s hot spots.
