Tony Cervone | Founding Principal + CEO
In his brokerage endeavors, Tony focuses primarily on assisting retailers in executing expansion plans. He has an impressive track record of hundreds of transactions throughout Florida on behalf of national tenants such as the TJX Companies, Chase Bank, national big box retailers and restaurants. In the past, Tony created value for institutional and local landlords in successfully overseeing the leasing and redevelopment of shopping centers and urban retail properties. Clients include Kimco, Weingarten and The Festival Companies. He also heads a small development division at Centre-Line and has completed numerous build-to-suit developments for clients such as Starbucks and T-Mobile.
Prior to Centre-Line, Tony served as VP of Development for Argate Properties where he was in charge of land acquisition and municipal approvals. He orchestrated over $25 million in build-to-suit developments for national retailers such as Linens N Things and Bally’s Total Fitness. Tony obtained extensive knowledge of grocery-anchored shopping centers as Vice President of Stiles Retail Group. There, Tony handled all pre-leasing and outparcel sales as well as land acquisitions for development of over one million square feet of neighborhood grocery centers.
Lindsey Pankey | Founding Principal + CEO
Born and raised in South Florida, Lindsey Pankey moved back to Miami after graduating with a degree in finance and real estate from Texas Christian University (Go Frogs!).
Immediately after college, Lindsey worked as a Commercial Real Estate Lender for Southeast Bank. After two years with the bank, Lindsey went into retail real estate brokerage at the age of 24. While working for Codina Bush Klein (now Flagler Development), Stiles Corporation, and the Lefmark Group, Lindsey received mentoring and training by some of the most prolific developers and brokers in the industry.
As a natural progression in Lindsey’s career, he decided to partner with his friend, Anthony Cervone, with whom he worked at Stiles Corporation. They founded Centre-Line Real Estate Services in January of 2002.
At Centre-Line, Lindsey focuses on tenant representation. Some of his clients include T-Mobile, Panda Express, and Sprouts Farmers Market.
Brian Gelley | Vice President
Brian Gelley has been active in the commercial real estate industry since 2002. Prior to joining Centre-Line Real Estate Services in 2009, Brian was a Principal of Eastern Retail Group where he was responsible for retail acquisitions, development, brokerage, and consulting. From 2004 to 2007 he was a Senior Associate at Staubach Retail Services where he specialized in tenant and landlord representation and dispositions.
As Vice President of Centre-Line, Brian represents national retailers including Panera Bread, Harbor Freight Tools, and Supercuts. He also handles prominent leasing assignments throughout South Florida.
Jessica Fernandez | Leasing Associate
Jessica Fernandez recently celebrated her 12-year anniversary with Centre-Line. Originally hired as an office assistant, Jessica worked her way up to Bookkeeper then Marketing Manager. In 2015, she got her real estate license and finally transitioned to full-time Leasing Agent. Jessica’s knowledge, talent, and desire to help people achieve their business goals makes her an asset to the Centre-Line team. Jessica specializes in landlord representation with a focus on shopping centers in suburban markets. Jessica was born and raised in Miami, providing her with a deeper understanding of the market and its needs. When she isn’t working, Jessica enjoys dancing, boating, and spending time with her family.
Claire Waxenberg | Marketing Director
Claire Waxenberg is the Marketing Director at Centre-Line. She joined the company shortly after graduating from University of Miami where she studied advertising, sociology, and marketing. Her background is in graphic design and market research. At Centre-Line, she is in charge of all things marketing: development and maintenance of the website, plus production of brochures, site plans, maps, and tour books. Claire is technologically savvy and takes a keen interest in ensuring Centre-Line stays ahead of the curve. Claire’s experience with and love for GIS mapping and demographic research makes her a priceless addition to the team. When she isn’t working, Claire enjoys baking and decorating cakes, tending her garden, and performing feats of strength.
Erica Maxwell | Operations Coordinator
Born and raised in Miami, Erica grew up in the home of a real estate developer and a saleswoman. She graduated Cum Laude from FSU and, since she was 15, has lived in 6 countries throughout Central America and Europe. In late 2017, Erica returned to Miami to discover her calling in real estate. At Centre-Line, Erica is responsible for research, development, bookkeeping, marketing, and anything that Centre-Line needs. Outside of work, Erica is an active member of her community and loves to SUP, swim at the beach, find new restaurants and cook healthy recipes.
